Initial Planning Consultation
The initial venue planning consultation—whether by phone, virtually, or in person—serves as a foundational discussion to explore the details of the event and ensure the venue is a good fit. Key topics covered include confirming date availability, estimated guest count, and the type of event. The meeting also includes a discussion of the couple's style, decor inspiration, and overall vision for their big day. Additionally, the couple is interviewed to better understand their preferences and expectations. Budget considerations and available venue packages are also reviewed to align offerings with the couple's needs.
Venue Tour
The venue tour at Ranchito San Miguel is a warm, welcoming experience led by Christina, the owner, and event coordinator. Guests are greeted on-site with a cold beverage, cool cloths, and fans provided during warm days for added comfort. The tour includes a guided walk through the venue, giving the couple and their family the chance to take photos and videos, discuss decor ideas, review potential floorplans, packages, and walk through the ceremony process.
Event Coordination
All of our wedding packages at Ranchito San Miguel include day-of event coordination to ensure a smooth planning process and a seamless wedding day. During the initial planning phase, we’ll work closely with the couple to discuss vendors and begin shaping the event timeline. A finalized timeline will be created in collaboration with the couple to reflect their vision and schedule. On the big day, our coordination team will manage vendor communication and oversee setup and breakdown, allowing the couple to relax and fully enjoy their celebration.
Final Planning Meeting
One month before the big day, we’ll finalize the floor plan layout, review your vendor list, and go over any last-minute details. You’ll also have the opportunity to see a sample table setup with linens and centerpieces, and enjoy a tasting of your selected catered dinner. This meeting ensures everything is perfectly in place for your special day.
